We are all seeing the astounding impact of coronavirus COVID-19 and how it is disrupting so much of our daily lives. All of us at Quality Air Care are constantly reviewing the latest evolution around our community as well as the world, and we are working conscientiously to support our employees who are supporting you.

We would like to share our evolving efforts with our customers to protect you (the most important people in our company) and how we are strengthening our policies to give complete assurance that your safety and well-being is our top priority.

Policies

  • As has always been our company policy, we will continue to use new floor protectors over our shoes when we enter your home.
  • We will continue with our paperless billing and are adding the option to confirm by email that you are accepting the repairs and that you are satisfied with the work performed.
  • We will continue to lay a company mat at your front door.

Improved policies

  • At this time, we are closing our office to the public. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • We have enhanced our cleaning protocols at our office and our fleet, including using approved disinfectant to regularly wipe down high-touch areas such as door handles, counters, smart phones/tablets, computers/accessories and other hard surfaces.
  • For our fleet, we are reinforcing our rigorous cleaning process which includes priority areas such as door handles, steering wheel, dashboard, console, seats, tools, ladders, etc.
  • We have installed hand washing stations on each vehicle in our fleet to increase the effectiveness of our existing hygiene policy, washing our hands with a highly chlorinated solution before we enter your home and before reentering our vehicle.
  • We are using a fresh pair of disposable Nitrile/Latex gloves on each service call to minimize the spread of germs.
  • We ask that you help us out by maintaining a 6-foot distance between our technician and your family while we are working, again so that we can protect not only you but all our customers.
  • We are checking each employee’s temperature each day and if any employee is showing symptoms or has a temperature above 98.6° they will be sent home.
  • As has been advised by the CDC, we are also requiring each employee to not touch their face.
